Questions about services
What does Askoder Tech Solutions do?
We build websites, e-commerce stores, custom software, ERP and business software, AI chatbots and business automations. We also handle focused jobs such as payment gateway integration, courier integration and speed optimization.
Do you work with WordPress and WooCommerce?
Yes. Most business websites we build run on WordPress, and most online stores on WooCommerce, because they’re flexible, editable and fully owned by you.
Can you build software for a very specific process?
Yes. We start from your workflow, users and data, then scope only what’s needed. See custom software development.
Can you improve an existing website, store or system?
Yes. We review what’s already there and recommend fixes, new modules or integrations. A full rebuild is only suggested when it’s genuinely the better option.
Can I see your work?
Our portfolio includes a live business management demo covering inventory, orders, reports, WhatsApp and an AI assistant. We don’t publish invented case studies.

Questions about pricing
How much does a website or software project cost?
It depends on scope: pages or modules, integrations, design, content, data migration and support. We don’t use fixed packages. Use the price calculator for an instant PKR range, and read our website development cost guide to see what drives the price.
How do I get an exact quote?
Share your goal, current setup, must-have features and integrations on the get a quote page or on WhatsApp. You’ll receive a written scope with price, milestones and timeline.
How do payments work?
In milestones against the written scope. The payment schedule and currency are stated in your written quote before any work starts.
Are third-party costs included?
Domain, hosting, premium plugins, payment gateway fees, courier charges, WhatsApp API and AI usage fees are paid to the providers, in your business’s name, unless the scope says otherwise.

Questions about process and timelines
How does a project start?
A WhatsApp chat or call about your goals and current setup, followed by a written scope. Work starts once the scope is approved.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. Small websites and integrations are quicker; stores, custom software and ERP take longer and are often delivered in phases. The price calculator shows an estimated timeline, and your written scope sets the actual one.
Will I see progress during development?
Yes. We share a staging link so you can review real screens at each milestone.
Who owns the website or software?
Domain, hosting and admin accounts are set up in your business’s name. Ownership of the code and other deliverables is written into the scope before work starts.

Questions about support and working together
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Updates, backups, fixes and small changes can be covered by an optional monthly care plan or billed as needed. The terms are written into your quote.
Do you work with clients outside Pakistan?
Yes. We work remotely with written scopes, staging links and updates by WhatsApp, email or call.
Which languages do you work in?
English, for proposals, project updates and the websites and software we build.
How quickly do you reply?
WhatsApp open 24/7, we reply within a few hours, calls by appointment, Monday to Saturday. We don’t offer 24/7 live support.
